Cidnet connects you to your loved ones at Kintock. Similar to a cell phone plan, data is sold at a universal rate of $0.30 per 1 Megabyte (MB). You can use this data to talk through Cidnet’s Voice, Video, and Mail Apps. As you use these apps, the system tracks how much data you use in every instance of connection, known as a Cidnet Utilization Event (CUE).

Cidnet is currently available to residents assigned to the Parole Violator Programs in Philadelphia.
