Kintock opened the Paterson Community Resource Center (CRC) in 2003. The CRC is a non-residential community-based program that provides critical reentry services to facilitate parolees’ successful reintegration back into the community. The CRC provides participants with assistance in the areas of employment, education, life-skills training, substance use disorder and mental health counseling, as well as referrals to community social service agencies.
