Vantage Point - Philadelphia is funded by a grant through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency’s (PCCD) Office of Justice Programs under the Women’s Reentry Services Initiative. The goal of the initiative is to support holistic reentry services to assist women in their return to communities across Pennsylvania and reduce recidivism. Reduced recidivism supports stabilized lives for returning women and their families, reduced costs associated with repeated contact with the criminal justice system at the local level, and safer communities.
