Team Kintock - Bridgeton Raises Funds to Conquer Childhood Cancer

In a quest to help conquer childhood cancer, Paul Taggines, Site Administrator and Michael Kenney, Director of Operations at Kintock’s Bridgeton Campus, teamed up to become shavee superstars as part of the Saint Baldrick’s event to raise funds for childhood cancer.

The shaving event, called the 2015 Kegs & Eggs Shave to Conquer Childhood Cancer, was held on March 14 at the North Italy Benevolent Association, in Vineland New Jersey and sponsored by the Vineland Fire Department. Approximately 500 supporters attended the event, which was held to benefit childhood cancer. Among those in attendance were 41 individuals who volunteered to be shavees.

Many Kintock employees showed their support through generous donations. Together, Paul and Michael of Team Kintock raised $890 for childhood cancer research, coming in third place for the most funds raised! Overall, the event raised a grand total of $11,828.00 to benefit childhood cancer research.

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven  charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the United States government.
