Kintock Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony For New Vantage Point Program Office In Vineland

At the end of May,Kintock held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the organization’s newest office location for its Vantage Point Program in Vineland, NJ. Located at 60 West Landis Avenue in the heart of the Vineland community, this office location allows Kintock to expand its supportive reentry services and in the greater South Jersey community, as well as throughout the state of New Jersey.

“Through our Vantage Point Program, formerly incarcerated individuals have access to critical wrap-around services that provide stability and promote long-term success as they transition back into the community,” said Walt Simpkins, President and CEO, Kintock. “We offer so much more than simply guidance and assistance – we make sure that every single supportive service is tailored to the individual’s own unique needs and located right in their own communities. It is a real ‘second chance’ at life, and we are proud to support these individuals on their journey.”

“Through the collaboration of reentry providers like Kintock, who offer essential support to individuals returning to their communities after incarceration, New Jersey’s recidivism rate is less than 5%, making it one of the lowest in the nation,” said NJDOC Commissioner Victoria L. Kuhn, Esq. “The services made possible through grants like NJLEAD, which empower programs like Kintock’s Vantage Point Program, are having a positive impact assisting formerly incarcerated persons on their path to second chance and enhancing public safety for communities across the state.”

“Kintock has had a strong presence in Vineland for many years, but we are thrilled to see them plant solid roots here in our community with the opening of this new brick and mortar space,” said Vineland Mayor Anthony Fanucci. “Residents will quickly see the benefits of having Kintock’s Vantage Point Program available and accessible to those in need of assistance – with the comprehensive reentry services and quality programming spurring positive change in individuals and reducing their likeliness to reoffend. We proudly welcome Kintock to our great city, and look forward to their continued partnership and support for years to come.”

Kintock’s Vantage Point Program is a voluntary reentry assistance program designed to connect individuals who have recently transitioned out of the criminal justice system with the necessary guidance, individualized services and assistance to support successful reintegration and encourage long-term success. Built on individualized support and connection, the program connects individuals with a wide array of services and supportive programming that are located right in their own communities.

“With access to such a wide array of supportive programs that address individualized needs, we are helping formerly incarcerated individuals pave a new path on their life’s journey – a solid path built on independence, resilience and fulfillment,” added Robinette Arthur, Administrator of Specialized Programs and Services at Kintock.

Core reentry services offered through Vantage Point include:
