Kintock’s Newark Residential Programs Awarded ACA Re-Accreditation
Kintock is proud to announce that its Newark, New Jersey Program successfully underwent re-accreditation during an audit by the American Correctional Association (ACA) and achieved a remarkable perfect score of 100 percent on both mandatory and non-mandatory standards.
“I would like to commend the entire Newark staff on their professionalism and teamwork throughout the entire process of preparing for and conducting the ACA audit,” said Nicole Cucinotta, Corporate Compliance Officer.
The two-day audit took place in November 2017 at the Newark Residential Program and was conducted by two ACA auditors. The accreditation certificate was awarded on January 6, 2018 at the ACA Winter Conference in Orlando, FL.
“I would like to commend Gregory Bartkowski, Facility Program Director, for his hard work in preparing for the ACA audit. It is a job well done, and my thanks also goes out to the entire staff at the Newark complex for their hard work and commitment to providing high quality services,” said Paul Taggines, Corporate Director of Facility Operations.
The American Correctional Association and the Commission on Accreditation for Corrections are private, non-profit organizations that administer the only national accreditation program for all components of adult and juvenile corrections. Accreditation is achieved through a series of reviews, evaluations, surveys and audits conducted by qualified ACA auditors.
