When our client T. Williams first arrived at our Vantage Point Program’s Job Opportunities for Building Success (JOBS) program in October, he was looking to receive assistance with employment placement and possibly pursuing additional job skills training.

He was initially interested in CDL training – but after many conversations with our staff, he decided to take his search for employment opportunities in a different direction.

In January, Mr. Williams secured employment with one our employment partners, On Target Staffing, and we are happy to report he has continued to have stable employment with the company ever since.

“Vantage Point in Newark played a big role in helping me get back on my feet,” explains Mr. Williams. “They guided me through job search, gave me real support, and connected me with the right opportunity.”

Mr. Williams is grateful for everything, as the care and guidance provided by our professional staff allowed him to stay focused in reaching his goals.
