In March, T. Howard first encountered our Vantage Point Program’s Job Opportunities for Building Success (JOBS) program as a referral from NJ One Stop. He needed employment and was interested in possibly pursuing training opportunities to start a career.

After learning about the Digital Marketing Training provided by Intrinsic Grit, he enrolled in the program to learn more about the marketing world and personal branding.

“This training has been very helpful as I’ve learned so much about digital marketing and how it can help individuals proceed in sales online,” explains Mr. Howard.

By pairing passion with his own skill set, this training has been pivotal in Mr. Howard’s new life and career – and he is eager to continue learning and serving others.

“I’m still learning that [about serving others],” he explains. “I want to learn how to approach customers. I can’t wait to see what’s next for me.”
