A Statement from our President & CEO: Congratulations to NJDOC Commissioner Victoria Kuhn
Commissioner Victoria Kuhn was recently nominated by newly inaugurated New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill to continue to serve as Commissioner for the New Jersey Department of Corrections (NJDOC).
On behalf of our staff and the individuals we serve, we applaud this nomination and laud Commissioner Kuhn's consistent support of quality community-based reentry providers, like Kintock, throughout the state.
Here is a statement from our President and CEO Walt Simpkins:
"The Kintock Group applauds the nomination of Victoria L. Kuhn for Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Corrections. Commissioner Kuhn's leadership has demonstrated a clear commitment to strengthening New Jersey’s approach to rehabilitation and reentry services. Commissioner Kuhn’s focus on bridging the gap between incarceration and community life perfectly complements Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill’s proven track record of advocating for reentry services.
Through her consistent support of reentry organizations and community-based service partners, Commissioner Kuhn has built a foundation for a system where individuals are empowered to succeed. This collaborative spirit has fostered a more seamless transition for those returning home, ultimately enhancing safety across our state. We look forward to continuing our work with the Commissioner and excited to working with the Sherrill Administration to further advance these critical outcomes for all New Jerseyans."
