Melanie Berthot

Corporate Director of Nursing

Melanie Berthot , RN, joined Kintock in July 2022 as the Corporate Director of Nursing. Melanie has over 10 years of experience in nursing management and direct patient care. In her current position, Melanie provides oversight for the medical services in all of Kintock’s residential and non-residential locations. She is responsible for the supervision of all nursing staff, as well as policy development and implementation, staff training, recruitment of new employees, and the oversight of all medical contractors and vendors.   
 
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Drexel University. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association and American Correctional Nurses Association. She is also a lifetime member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Professional Honor Society.
