Site Administrator, Philadelphia

Frank Guyon was named Site Administrator of The Kintock Group’s Philadelphia/Erie Avenue Facility in May 2021. He is responsible for the oversight of the Federal and State programs at that site, supervising more than 400 residents and more than 100 staff members there. Mr. Guyon has more than 14 years of experience in a correctional setting working in various leadership capacities, providing program oversight, as well as hands-on counseling and case management for the reentry population. Prior to assuming the role of Site Administrator for Kintock’s Philadelphia programs, Mr. Guyon served as Program Director of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Program at Kintock’s Erie Avenue facility. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Criminal Justice.
