David Fawkner
Founder/Chairman/CEO

David has
more than 30 years experience in the criminal justice field, having
been a Senior United States Probation and Parole Officer, and Alternative
Sentencing Program Administrator with the United States Courts.
He founded the job-training program for ex-offenders in 1987 that
evolved into The Kintock Group, Inc.
David holds bachelor and master degrees in the Administration of Criminal Justice from San Jose University in California. He has been an adjunct lecturer at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. David was issued a Presidential Commendation by President Jimmy Carter for his innovative programs, and is a speaker, lecturer and published author on criminal justice issues. |

David has more than 30
years of corporate leadership experience. Currently, he is a Principal
at Lauder & Company, a firm concentrating in the fields of
mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has held executive-level
positions at several major drug manufacturing companies. David
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
the State University of New York. He serves on The Kintock Group’s
Board of Directors, and is an active member of the Pennsylvania
Prison Society. |

Diane
DeBarri
President/Chief Operating Officer

Diane began her career
at Kintock over 20 years ago as an intake officer. She has excelled
in programming and operations positions, and progressed through
the ranks from case manager to President. She currently oversees
all daily activities in operations and programming. Kintock is
well-served by Diane's dedicated and diplomatic leadership, as
well as by her ability to recognize, assess and correct situations
professionally and quickly. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Human Services from Antioch University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. |

Tordini
Executive Vice President/Chief Financial

John was a senior banking
executive for 20 years prior to joining the company. His private
sector knowledge and his innovative strategies in financing, combined
with his ability to plan for Kintock’s future, make John
an invaluable part of the executive management team. He has been
responsible for numerous expansion projects in both Pennsylvania
and New Jersey. John holds a bachelor’s degree from LaSalle
College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mable
Welborn Vice President/Human Resource
Management

Mable has worked for more
than 25 years in Human Resource Management for public and private
sector entities. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration
and continues to take graduate courses at Villanova University’s
School of Human Resource Management. Mable is a community activist
and chairs and serves on numerous community boards of directors.

John brings over 30 years
of clinical and administrative experience to his work at Kintock.
He recently earned his Ph.D in business management, and he holds
master's degrees in management and business. He has used his well-honed
skills in program development to design and implement curricula
for numerous Kintock programs, and he has kept Kintock on the "cutting
edge."

Rich has over 35 years in the Criminal Justice field. He is a former municipal Police Chief with 25 years of service and has been with Kintock in varying management positions for the past 10 years. He currently oversees residential services in Northern New Jersey. He serves as an active mentor for newly appointed police chiefs for the International Association of Chiefs of Police . Rich holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice, a graduate level Certification in Public Management and a Masters in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. |

Gretchen
Wiseman
Senior Vice President for Program Operations and Services

Gretchen has over 13 years
of experience in the field of community corrections. She began
her career at the Kintock Group as a case manager and advanced
to the position of Program Director where she managed two Federal
Bureau of Prisons' contracts prior to her promotion to the
position of Regional Vice President. Gretchen holds a bachelor's
degree from Rosemont College, Rosemont, PA.

Kim Follett

President Strategic Planning

Kim is a dedicated community corrections professional who brings a blend of social service, law enforcement, training and management experience to the table. She began her career as a United States Probation Officer, where she served as a visiting instructor at the Federal Judicial Center, the education and training arm of the U.S. Courts. Kintock has called upon Kim to manage several projects across the company’s programs and operations, including the design and implementation of an employee training academy. As a member of the executive management team, she lends a strategic focus to translating offender re-entry project concepts into program realities. Kim has a B.S. degree in English and Sociology, and an M.A. in Sociology from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
