CASE MANAGERS
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a program plan for each resident assigned
to the respective case load in accordance with contract requirements.

Duties Include:

  • Develop and facilitate workshops/seminars applicable to the offender population;
  • Analyzing and managing court mandated activities to facilitate the resident’s transition through
    community corrections;
  • Ensuring timely compliance with all court stipulations for release from community corrections; and
  • Coordinating, monitoring and documenting medical needs and treatments, social privileges, and financial obligations.

Requirements:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a social science and demonstrated
knowledge, skills and abilities.

RESIDENT SUPERVISORS
Maintains accountability of residents and a safe, secure and sanitary environment, which meets
contracting agency and company requirements.

Duties Include:

  • Conducting and reporting accurate counts of all residents assigned to the respective facility as directed;
  • Maintaining the sign-in and sign-out procedure for residents and visitors;
  • Accurately recording all activities in accordance with Company and contract requirements; and
  • Accurately reporting the number of residents who arrive or leave the facility in accordance with Company and contract. requirements;

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred) with at least one year of experience in
a position of similar responsibility, preferably in a correctional organization required. Demonstrated effectiveness
in written and oral communication; First Aid and CPR certifications (will train for certification); valid driving license
and a clean driving record are required.

EMPLOYMENT COUNSELORS
Responsible for developing employment opportunities and providing on-going employment counseling for a
residential offender population.

Duties Include:

  • Developing and maintaining a bank of employment opportunities for an offender population;
  • Assisting employers in establishing recruiting standards, which will benefit the hard-to-place skilled disadvantaged applicant;
  • Helping residents develop job-search, job application and interviewing skills; and
  • Empowering residents with pertinent information regarding federal, state and local employment laws.

Requirements:
This position requires a BA degree in the Social Sciences or business and one year of demonstrated effective
relevant experience preferably in a community based human service organization serving the hard-to-place
disadvantaged population
